About this tool  
Features  
Through the server components picture lookup tool, you can input a sales code to find the  
corresponding component picture.  
Fuzzy searching by component model or keyword is also supported.

Application scenarios  
Market demand: Empower the front line by learning and understanding the appearance and  
structure of components to enhance professionalism on the client side.  
Usage requirement: When components of a type are supplied by multiple manufacturers,  
pictures of the raw materials from each manufacturer are needed. Counterfeit identification  
usage: Use pictures of raw materials from different manufacturers to determine if the  
component replaced by the customer is an H3C-sold part.  
Customer service requirement: Understand key materials in the BOM list and their pictures to  
improve spare parts dispatch speed and accuracy, and assist in on-site troubleshooting to  
ensure correct client configuration.  
Operation methods  
Search for component pictures

Enter the component code, component model, or keyword.  
Enter the component sales code in the search box in the tool. If you do not know the code, you  
can also input the component model or keyword.

To perform exact search, select Accurate.  
NOTE:  
Using exact search can improve accuracy, but if the keywords are not precise, it might not  
return results.

Click the search icon.  
Click the magnifier icon next to the input box to search.

Click the Preview icon in the Picture column for the target entry to view the picture.

View the picture.  
Click the picture below to view an enlarged version. Use the mouse wheel to zoom in or out on  
the picture. Hold the left mouse button to drag the picture in any direction. Click the rotate  
button in the lower left corner to rotate the picture.

Download a picture  
To download a picture, click the Download icon on the preview picture.
